Hello, I am Sisi Modise

I know firsthand what it is like to be sick and ill health. I grew up with both gluten and lactose intolerance. I was mis-diagnosed and told that I just have sensitive stomach, I must accept it and nothing can be done about my condition. I suffered as my condition got worse-and-worse, with no solution in sight!
In 2007 I was diagnosed with Mitral valve prolapse, and was told I will have to take drugs to control my heart rhythm and blood thinners for the rest of my life.
It was until much later when I transitioned to Ayurveda that not only did I understand my conditions and what causes them, but also learned how to prevent such conditions in the first place and how to manage them so that I can naturally start producing lactase enzyme, prolyl endopeptidases (PEP) and normalize the mitral valve cusps. My healing through Ayurvedic methods inspired me so much that I wanted to study Ayurveda and help others who are in ill health.

Ayurveda is an ancient system of natural medicine that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. The word Ayurveda comes from Sanskrit, where "Ayur" means life and "Veda" means knowledge or science, translating to "the science of life." Ayurveda focuses on maintaining health and preventing diseases by balancing the body's energies, known as Doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
